How is this different from TeamSnap or SportsEngine?+
TeamSnap and SportsEngine are roster/league management tools used internally by a club. WhichVBClub is the public-facing directory parents search before they even contact your club. ClubPro features (lead capture, analytics, photo galleries) are about getting new families to find and trust you — not managing the families you already have.
Do you take a cut of tryout registrations?+
No. You own the lead list, you export it, you communicate with families directly. WhichVBClub is a flat-fee tool, not a commission model.
Can we cancel anytime?+
Yes — monthly subscribers cancel anytime, no contract. Annual subscribers get a prorated refund within the first 60 days.
