The GRIT Creed is more than a statement-it's the heartbeat of our culture. Built on the values of Growth, Resilience, Integrity, and Teamwork, the Creed guides how we train, compete, and support one another. Each athlete signs the Creed at the start of the season, committing to bring their best effort, attitude, and character to every practice and game. Coaches and families reference it throughout the year as a reminder of what it means to wear GRIT across your chest. By living out the Creed, our athletes learn to be champions not only in volleyball, but in life.
