Texas One Volleyball

We are an elite volleyball training facility founded in 2013. TOV is a family-owned business rooted deeply in the Christian faith. We take pride in sharing our passion for the sport and love of God with those in Richmond, Katy, and surrounding areas.

Texas One Volleyball provides serious athletes the opportunity to train and compete successfully at a high level regardless of age and ability. We focus on developing the athletic skills and the character traits that will define our athletes as they grow. These character traits include: integrity, respect, intensity, teamwork, leadership, discipline, courage, sportsmanship, and faith. At all levels of play, we aim to provide each player the opportunity to test their limits, push them towards excellence, and become the best athlete they can be.

We want our athletes to understand what the term "Dedication to Excellence" stands for in our organization. It is when a group of people with different convictions and beliefs but a common goal come together and work rigorously to achieve greatness. This is not a part-time endeavor. "Dedication to Excellence" is a continuous pursuit; a lifestyle of commitment and sacrifice. In this unity of mission athletes gain a profound understanding of each other. They put aside their own interests and work together as a team to achieve their goals. For this vision to become reality every person must commit themselves to the selflessness that is required of a "true teammate." This is the greatest single lesson to be learned from your athletic endeavors. Dedication to Excellence will enrich your life in the sports arena and beyond.

Our gym culture embraces three key components of success. Purpose Hard Work Passion We believe that success occurs when players demonstrate purpose, hard work, and passion. The most important of all of these is the passion. Players have to love what they do if they are going to invest hard work and focus (purpose). All of our programs challenge players to invest hard work, teamwork, purpose and the passion. At Texas One Volleyball, we accomplish these components through a structured and proven training. Our training philosophy is very clear, teaching and emphasizing the fundamentals of volleyball.<
